Good leaders always ensure that they don't cross the moral and ethical boundary lines. Good leaders never objectify their followers, but view them as fellows with dreams, ambitions, and family connections. With the lack of ethical and moral values, and objectification of followers, many bad leaders go down a slippery slope that leads to nothing but the dead end.
